At Mountain Equipment, we want to ensure your gear is the perfect fit for your next adventure. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed packing slip inside the box.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
